School Business Manager

Welton Primary School are looking to recruit a motivated, driven team player who will be able to support the Headteacher and the leadership team, ensuring finance, administration, governance, human resources, health & safety, and GDPR practices and processes leads to excellence in teaching and learning.

Pay Scale and Salary: Grade 9   £33945 pro rata     Pay Award Pending

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours of Work: 37 hours per week  TERM TIME PLUS 5 TRAINING DAYS AND up to 6 ADDITIONAL WEEKS WORK DURING THE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS THAT WILL BE SPECIFIED BY THE SCHOOL. However, the school is happy to discuss alternative patterns and hours of work with interested parties.
