If your child was born between 1 September 2021 and 31 August 2022 and you live in East Riding you should apply now for a school place to start infant or primary school from September 2026.
Apply for a school place by no later than 15 January 2026
at www.eastriding.gov.uk/apply-for-a-school-place
Applications can be made on smartphones, tablets or desktops by registering an email address and completing the online form on our Citizen Portal.

The benefits of applying online include an email with the results on National Offer Day - 16 April 2026.
If you can’t apply online, you can ask for an application form from the School Admissions team and return it to County Hall, Beverley.
