Extracurricular Clubs
We are in the process of adding the information for the Spring Term 1 extracurricular clubs. Some of the clubs are already accepting bookings through the organiser's website.
Welton Primary Sports Clubs. Coached by Mr Anderson. Book through Arbor.
Monday – Table Tennis - Years 4, 5 and 6 - Maximum 15 children
Tuesday – Board Games and Team Building Games - Years 1 - 6 - Maximum 20 children
Wednesday – Netball - Years 5 and 6 - Maximum 20 children
Thursday – Playground Cricket - Years 1, 2 and 3 - Maximum 20 children
Each club has 6 sessions, with a period cost of £35.00
Friday – Playground Cricket - Years 4, 5 and 6 - Maximum 20 children
This club will have 5 sessions, with a period cost of £25.00 (no club on 13th February - school closed)
Bookings will close at midday on Monday 5th January
First Step Sports Club - Basketball Years 1 and 2 Fridays
Maximum 25 children, 5 sessions £25.00. Bookings will close at midday on 9th January.
Debutots. Organised by Debutots. Book with Debutots.
Tuesdays: 3.30 – 4.30pm. Foundation, Year 1 and Year 2 children eligible.

Chess Club. Organised with Chess in Schools and Communities. Book through Arbor.
Wednesdays: 3.30 – 4.30pm. Foundation – Year 6 children eligible.
Start date: Wednesday 10th September for 30 weeks excluding half terms.
Cost: Total £120.00 (£4.00 per session) Maximum participants: 20 Deadline: 5th September

Football Club for Girls in Years 5 and 6. Organised by Mr Hurst. Book through Arbor.
Thursdays: 3.30pm - 4.30pm. Free of charge.
Piano Lessons. Organised by Link Learning. Book with Link Learning.
Mondays: Across the school day. Foundation – Year 6 children eligible.

Rock Steady Band. Organised by Rock Steady. Book with Rock Steady.
Mondays: During the school afternoon. Foundation – Year 6 children eligible.

Judo Club. Organised by Karen Briggs School of Judo. Book in person at the Hall.
Fridays: 0800 in the hall. Foundation – Year 6 children eligible.
Start date: Taster session Friday 9th January 2026. The Club runs for ten weeks.
Children attending Judo need to enter the school via the main reception and a member of staff from the breakfast club will let them into the building. Please see the attachment for other information.
